A 2 Mouthed Woman
The Futakuchi Onna is a scary Japanese urban legend about a woman with 2 mouths.
According to Japanese folklore, a woman can gain a second mouth if they starve themselves. If they starve themselves and are married to a miser, they will mysteriously grow a mouth in the back of their heads. This will force the woman to feed the mouth or will suffer severe pain.
One story tells of a poor miser who had little money and married a starving woman he found in the woods. The miser had very little money or food so the woman was always starving but was a hard worker which impressed the miser. One day, the miser noticed all the rice was wasting fast. He checked on his wife and caught a terrible sight. His wife grew a second mouth on her head eating all the rice.
